Loguetown

Terms of sale

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. The seller

The seller is Lumileo, SASU (a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company), RCS Nîmes 100 818 699, contactable at kamal@sparkana.fr. Full contact details are in the legal notice.

2. What is sold, and what stays free

Loguetown is free to use: games, expense sharing, the photo album, meal planning and shopping lists will remain free. There is nothing to pay to use them, with no time or usage limit.

Only one service is paid: automatic generation of the shopping list from your planned meals, and suggested drinks quantities.

Your first trip gets full access to this service without any payment or payment details.

3. Offers and prices

  • Trip Pass: €5.99

A one-off purchase. It unlocks generation for one specific trip and all its participants, with unlimited generations and no expiry date. The organiser pays; the whole group benefits.

  • Unlimited Pass: €24.99

A permanent, one-off purchase. It unlocks generation for all your trips, now and in the future.

These prices are fixed and include all taxes. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

No subscription, no automatic renewal and no automatic debits. You pay once, or not at all.

4. Ordering and payment

You purchase in the app when you request generation for a trip that has not yet been unlocked. Stripe processes the payment. Your payment details are entered with Stripe and never pass through Loguetown.

The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment. A receipt is sent to you by email.

5. Delivery

The service is digital and delivered immediately: once payment is confirmed, generation is unlocked for the relevant trip, or for all your trips with the Unlimited Pass.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw. This right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately where you have expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

That applies here: at checkout, a checkbox asks for your express agreement. Payment cannot proceed without this box being checked. Once the pass is unlocked, the sale is final.

This does not affect your statutory guarantees, described below.

7. Statutory guarantee of conformity

The digital content sold must match what is described here. If it does not, you may require it to be brought into conformity free of charge and, if that does not happen, obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract under Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code. Email kamal@sparkana.fr.

8. Refunds

If generation does not work, whether the cause is on your side or ours, email kamal@sparkana.fr and identify the trip concerned. A pass that has not provided the service for which it was purchased is refunded in full, without dispute, within fourteen days, to the original payment method.

9. If you delete a trip

A Trip Pass is linked to the trip for which it was purchased. If you delete that trip, the pass is lost with it and cannot be transferred to another trip. The Unlimited Pass is linked to your account and is not affected.

10. Responsibility

The shopping list is generated automatically and provided as an aid: it may get a quantity wrong, leave out an ingredient or suggest one too many. You remain responsible for deciding what to buy, particularly where allergies, diets or health requirements are concerned.

11. If there is a disagreement

Email kamal@sparkana.fr first: most situations can be resolved in one exchange.

If no solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Lumileo: CM2C, Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. You can submit your case online at www.cm2c.net.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers in the European Union retain the protection afforded by the law of their country of residence.
